Be Not Curious

“Be not curious in unnecessary matters: for more things are shewed unto thee than men understand.”  So wrote Ben Sirach in Ecclesiasticus.  Whitman echoed the sentiment in Song of Myself, saying to mankind, “Be not curious about God, /For I who am curious about each [mankind and God] am not curious about God.”

Interpreting that cultivated ignorance as a guiding truth for any compelling work, the authors of Be Not Curious have devoted their blog to social commentary by way of imitation.  Is it satire?  Keep moving.  There is no reason to be curious.
